This is a great example of how adding a simple background can change the whole image without a background I think I would have over looked this. favorited and following I dig you style.

It's the sketches that are sometimes the most eye catching.

Simple expressive and really makes you wonder what their day was and where they are going.

Your use of just yellow and being able to shadow it and contour it to have depth is eye catching when scrolling this is going to be on featured page this week for sure.

Thanks! I'm happy with how this pic ended up. I don't use warm colors often, but every time I draw her I end up pretty pleased with the outcome!

And I doubt it'll be featured anywhere, but that'd be cool. Hahaha

[Cat Sleeping in Library]

I love the amount of detail in the background that is then contrasted with the simplest of cat drawings, it even casts a little shadow sitting there.

Pizza slices are shaped like cat ears yes. there is a lot of detail on that pizza I can see the grease mmm.

Something about the 3D effect with they guy was just visually jarring as a child.
